The staff, exemplified by Anna, provided excellent service, catering to every need swiftly and with a smile. The vast spaces for wellness rituals offered a serene escape. Though the facilities felt slightly dated for the price point, the location's charm compensated. Surrounded by enchanting views, enjoying fitness classes and a hearty breakfast, I reveled in the peaceful ambiance. While a pool would enhance the experience, the Palace Hotel Lake remains a serene haven for those seeking a rejuvenating stay by the iconic Lake Como.
